The booking timeline that makes or breaks the trip

Many Aulani experiences open well before check-in. Reserve each the day its window opens:

• 180 days out: the KA WA‘A Lú‘au and the Laniwai Spa.
• 90 days out: the poolside cabanas (by phone).
• 45 days out: Aunty’s Beach House kids club, and signature dining at Makahiki and ‘AMA‘AMA (in the Aulani app).
• 14 days out: fitness classes. And remember, final payment is due 30 days before check-in.

What to know once you are there

• Aunty’s Beach House is a supervised kids club for ages 4 to 12, and it is genuinely wonderful, built-in downtime for parents.
• Characters post daily around 9:00 AM in the app. The rare ones (Stitch, Moana) draw long lines, so line up 20 to 30 minutes early.
• Rainbow Reef snorkeling and fish feeding is extremely limited and in-person booking only, so go early.
• Rent a car. With morning excursions you can reach the North Shore, Kualoa Ranch, Waimea Falls, Waikiki, and Pearl Harbor without fighting traffic.
