I am Marina Mirabal, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Glass Slipper Concierge–GSC World Travel, a Virtuoso® member agency and Platinum-Level Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.

Your initial inquiry and discovery call are complimentary and carry no obligation. A planning engagement begins only once you sign my travel-planning agreement and pay the vacation management fee.
All travel is booked through Glass Slipper Concierge–GSC World Travel and is subject to that agency's terms and conditions and to each travel supplier's terms, pricing, and availability, which can change until confirmed. Your booking is also governed by the separate planning agreement and terms you receive from the agency and its booking platform (TripSuite). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all supplier terms, as well as passport, visa, and health requirements.
My professional planning fee (vacation management fee) starts at $250 for domestic travel and $500 for international travel, based on the length and scope of the trip, and is payable before planning begins. The fee is non-refundable and separate from the cost of your travel, regardless of whether you ultimately travel.
Travel involves inherent risks. I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other covered events. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance and for your own health, safety, and travel-document requirements, and you assume the risks associated with travel.
I work hard to provide accurate information and exceptional service, but I cannot guarantee specific rates, upgrades, amenities, or availability, which are provided at the discretion of travel suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of any travel supplier, or for losses arising from events beyond my reasonable control. My total liability is limited to the amount of the planning fee you paid.
This site may link to third-party websites and tools (such as my scheduling and booking providers). I am not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or my services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of this website or my services means you accept the current terms.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms, together with my Privacy Policy and any planning agreement you sign, make up the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website and my services.
