This Privacy Policy explains how Trips with Marina ("we," "me," "Marina Mirabal") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit this website or contact me for an initial inquiry or consultation. I am an independent travel advisor affiliated with Glass Slipper Concierge–GSC World Travel.
This policy covers your use of this website and your initial contact with me. If you go on to book travel, the terms and privacy practices of Glass Slipper Concierge / GSC World Travel and their booking platform (TripSuite) will also apply to the planning and management of your trip, and will be provided to you separately.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. With your consent, I also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it; it sets cookies and processes limited, largely aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and general location. I only add you to my email list when you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. Email is managed through MailerLite.

I share it only with service providers that help run my business and your trip, such as my website form provider (Netlify), email marketing platform (MailerLite), scheduling tool (Calendly), and website analytics provider (Google Analytics), and, as needed to plan and book your travel, Glass Slipper Concierge–GSC World Travel and its booking platform (TripSuite), along with the relevant travel suppliers. Each of these providers processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy.
I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information and work only with reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Some of my service providers are based in the United States. If you contact me from outside the U.S. (including the EU or UK), your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under the safeguards each provider maintains.
I keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or agency requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you may request to access, correct, delete, or port your information, opt out of marketing, or opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (I do neither). Where the GDPR applies, I rely on your consent (for marketing and analytics cookies) and my legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and operating this website.
